The Maid in Bowral team came to our rescue this week when we took possession of a property that had sadly, been left filthy. Rachael and her team went above and beyond to make our new home sparkle and within hours our home was ready for furniture delivery. The house smelt and looked divine. We were so impressed and will absolutely use them in the very near future. 11/10 for promptness, service & trust factor.

After 3 years of dealing with cleaners who had absolutely no idea on how to actually clean or even make a bed I changed to Maid, and Rachel sent us Luke , we are truly blessed to have him and I am so very grateful .

Rachael and her great team have been a godsend to me and my family. Rachael strives to achieve the best for you and your home and listens attentively to all your needs and requests. Her communication is excellent, Rachael responds quickly to all messages and calls. She has a great team, who do an excellent job. Their attention to detail is superb, from cleaning under the feet of chairs and tables and cleaning the shutters meticulously. They are currently cleaning the mould on our bathroom ceiling and it’s almost white again (see attached). They are so friendly and professional and work great together as a team, always relaying what work had been done the previous week and what cleaning needs to be done when they are here. I would highly recommend Rachael and her team to anyone in need of cleaning services, you won’t be disappointed.
