  This was the first time I have ever employed a service to clean my home. Lisa arrived on time and after a meet and greet we explored what was to be achieved in the allocated time. I can’t fault her, she was personable and efficient and upon her leaving, I felt a huge weight lifted off me. Something so simple. What she achieved in 3 hours made me realise just how much time is taken out of my already stretched time to clean my home. Thanks Lisa, Jenny and the team, I highly recommend you!

  When I first started using Don’t Have Time, I honestly felt it wasn’t to the standard that I expected. It’s never easy giving negative feedback — especially when you know people are working hard - but to their credit, they always asked for feedback after each visit. Jenny personally reached out to me after I shared my concerns, and she couldn’t have been more understanding or supportive. She acknowledged how difficult it can be to provide honest feedback and made me feel completely heard. Not only did she take the time to listen, but she also offered thoughtful solutions — the very ones I had considered but didn’t feel comfortable requesting myself. They promptly arranged for another staff member to return and fix the issues, and the results completely exceeded my expectations. The clean was done to a truly high standard, and I now look forward to the service with confidence. I’m so glad I gave them the chance to make it right — the team at Don’t Have Time, especially Jenny, have shown genuine care and commitment. I’m really happy with the service now and highly recommend them!

  DontHaveTime have been taking care of my office and home cleaning needs for more than six years, and I cannot praise their services enough. Their well trained team consistently exceeds expectation with their thoroughness and attention to detail. If my regular cleaner is unavailable, a replacement is arranged and I can trust they will maintain the same high standard. They are always open to feedback and are responsive in correcting any issues raised.

  We have been using Don't Have Time for many years now and cannot fault the quality of the service. The team members that they send to our home are so trustworthy and provide us with a next level clean - and we need it with two Labradors! It's the little things they do. The little additional cleaning jobs at the end of the clean that exceed our standard clean - fans, windows, blinds, anything that needs a little extra love. We'd be lost without them - and a lot more time poor!
