I have been with Absolute Domestics for over 10 years. Absolute Domestics will match the client with a cleaner that lives nearby. The client and cleaner then meet to discuss what needs to be cleaned (e.g. vacuum carpet, clean kitchen floor, etc) and negotiate a suitable day/time for regular cleaning. I have always found that this process has worked well. My cleaners have always been very reliable and honest. Also, my cleaners have normally cleaned when I am not home, and I have always trusted them. My current cleaner will always contact me beforehand with sufficient advanced notice if she needs to re-schedule due to illness, etc. Similarly, I can simply contact my cleaner to re-schedule or skip a cleaning when I need to. Absolute Domestics will find me a temporary fill-in cleaner when necessary. For example, when my cleaner has arranged to take a few weeks off for a holiday. I have been very pleased with the service provided by Absolute Domestics and their cleaners during the past 10 years.
