Rodman Property Maintenance

I have used Rodman Property Maintenance for renovations at my property and have been very happy with the results. James painted, patched walls, handled various repairs, and did an excellent job preparing the property for leasing. I have since asked him back to carry out more work in the backyard. Highly recommend!

I used rodman property maintenance to repaint the inside of our investment property. Great job done and within a couple of days. I also had some maintenance work done outside this was done with great professionalism. James went out of his way to fix both issue, he took the letterbox and side gate away and returned with them both functioning the way they should. Communication from James and Casey was excellent, they kept me up to date with what was going on at all times including arranging time with the tenants. James also offered to clean up the front yard by cutting back hedges and tree at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the result, nothing seemed to hard for James and again response to any questions were answered very quickly. I would recommend them and will be using them again when needed. Met James at the tip. Offered me his blower vac. I asked about removing 2 stumps. Came around from the tip on a Sunday avo. Dug out within 3 hours of meeting him. Made my day. Coming back to revamp part of my garden. Takes a lot of pride in his work.
