He did several jobs at my place including painting eaves, repair to pergola beam, replacing broken floor tiles, repair of doors, etc., & the result looks as good as new! Peter was very easy to work with & services were fairly priced. He is highly skilled & I thoroughly recommend him for property services maintenance! Peter did such a great job that I fully intend to hire him to do some additional jobs in the near future!

  I can't recommend this business and Peter, the owner and operator, of OJM Property Maintenance, highly enough. Polite, cares about what the customer wants/needs, his attention to detail, extremely high standard of output, and takes pride in his work no matter how big or small the task is. OJM have done many jobs at and around my home with varying levels of complexity. All works have have been done to the highest of standards. I encourage anyone, & everyone, who is needing maintenance jobs done, things built, landscaping big or small, sheds installed, interior walls erected or pulled down, pergolas built etc etc to give OJM a call.
