  I used KK Property Maintenance to complete a number of jobs inside and outside as we prepared our house for sale. Kosta was on time, professional and wonderful to deal with at quite a stressful time. His tradies were all polite, respectful and did high quality work. Work at our house included electrical, painting, landscaping and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this business again.

  Highly recommend KK Property Maintenance. I had no clue what I was doing upgrading my apartment but Kosta presented me with multiple options: what I thought I wanted, and what he thought was a better value option. We ended up following all of his suggestions and ABSOLUTELY loved the result. KK Property Maintenance was able to provide a relatively cost effective upgrade to our kitchen that solved all of our functionality and layout issues without completely gutting it. It completely transformed the kitchen - the whole thing looks brand new, even the original parts. Kosta arranged everything - all ordering of products, managing trades, installation of appliances etc - and everything was spotless upon completion. KK Property Maintenance also arranged for new windows to be installed in our apartment to body corporate specifications, and even re-hung all the curtains and blinds afterwards. KK Property Maintenance resurfaced our bathroom along with recaulking around the shower and updating other dated items like mirrors etc - which left it looking sparkling Communication was great throughout and I even received mid-point checkins and photos. There was one small unexpected cost, but Kosta immediately called and talked me through the options and we came to a quick outcome. I left most of the decisions in his hands and absolutely loved the result. Summary: - Excellent Kitchen Upgrade - New Appliances installed - New windows installed to custom specifications - Recaulking and bathroom maintenance - Property updated - Electrical - Plumbing

  After the usual difficulties in finding tradesmen to repair multiple issues in my apartment it was refreshing to have found Kosta. His promptness, efficiency and professionalism is outstanding. Within two weeks of contacting Kosta he had taken a brief of the work required to be done, personally assessed the issues, provided options to rectify the issues (including alternatively priced solutions), rectified the issues to a high standard and checked in with me throughout the process. Items included fixing water damage to plasterboard and skirting, general painting, chips in stone benchtop, decking repairs and bathroom grouting and silicone. In addition to the great work I was pleasantly suprised by Kosta’s competitive pricing. I highly recommend Kosta and will definitely use him again when needed.

Kosta provided excellent, cost effective advice, arranging all trades and managing them on-site. He was honest, reliable and the quality of work was delivered to a high standard and on time.
