Punctual, attention to detail and articulate at his work. Carlos was thorough in his explanation of the works to be undertaken from the beginning and was honest upfront of any issues or extras encountered. His work is admired by many now around the area and I am happy with the final product. Given his ability to do many things indoors and outdoors I will definitely be using him again. Ask him about his company ethos to give you a sense of his workmanship to understand what he stands by. It was a pleasure Carlos

We've had a great experience with Azer Care. Carlos is extremely reliable. Attention to detail is his biggest Strength. We've got our Driveway repaired beautifully, many internal repairs in the house as well. They are efficient and affordable. We would highly recommend that you try Acer Care.

Frequently asked questions

How much do handymen typically charge?
Costs vary widely depending on the task, its complexity and how long the job takes. Simple single-visit repairs or flatpack assembly are typically less than multi-item or specialist work that requires extra trades. This page shows live pricing to help you compare quotes and identify cost drivers.
Do handymen charge call-out fees?
Many handymen charge a call-out fee to attend a property, which is often separate from hourly labour and materials. After-hours attendance or weekend work commonly attracts higher rates. It's a good idea to confirm whether the call-out is included in the quote or charged separately.
What qualifications should I look for in a handyman?
Handymen are generally unlicensed for small jobs, so look for industry affiliations such as the Handyman and Home Maintenance Association, Housing Industry Association (HIA) membership or Master Builders involvement for larger-scope work. Check they hold an ABN, adequate public liability insurance and can provide a clear written quote separating labour and materials. For jobs that become large or high-value, confirm whether a state contractor licence or builder registration may be required.
