Hello, Ive done a couple carpet repairs for Sam, as he is my customer. As i was repairing carpet for him, he was repairing a wooden feature stair, that had a huge chunk missing from a dog. Ive gotta say he did an excellent job of remodeling the step and blending it in. Me and the tenants were extremely impressed with the end result. I wish i took a photo, you should have seen how realistic the wood grains and knots were. It certainly was art. Not only that but Sam has a sort of focus on his job that not many of us will ever be able to achieve. (Bare in mind this is coming from someone, that is very particular and has very good work ethic). Thanks for being a great client and being excellent to deal with. Ill certainly be enquiring with Direct Property Repairs & maintenance if i ever require there services. -Ethan
