Where do I even begin? I would say I’m quite a difficult customer to please as I’m very specific with what I’m after. I needed to find a carpenter who is a great listener to work with, and I thank God for my luck that I found Shane. He made my wishes come true, projects after projects. I think we have done more than 10 projects together and I’m sure there are another 10 if not 20 more to come in the future. It’s really hard to find someone who really listens, pays attention to tiny little details and then delivers his best. On top of that, the communication is always on point. He would send me photos of each progress he makes, if he finds a better way to do certain things he would always ask if I’d be okay. And do you know what’s even better? He’s honest and charges a fair price. I’m scared to move to another state now because I don’t know if I could ever find another Shane elsewhere to help put my ideas and plans to reality. Thank you for everything Shane! You are a gem.

I reached out to Shane for an Ikea kitchen installation in Launceston. Shane was very responsive and professional in communications discussing the project. Despite the commute, he was willing to help. His quote was transparent and he was upfront about the travelling costs, which I really appreciate. Due to delays on my part, I had to cancel our scheduled installation at very short notice. Regardless, Shane remained kind and professional. I'm very impressed with his professionalism that I need to leave a positive review for his business. Its a shame that I couldn't use his service this time, but I would still recommend Shane based on the initial engagement.

Shane did an amazing job helping us renovate several parts of our house. He was easy to work with, always showed up when he said he would, and really paid attention to the details. We appreciated how he listened to what we wanted but also gave us great suggestions along the way. The whole process felt smooth, and each section of the house turned out even better than we expected. My wife is very demanding but he found a way to meet her expectations every time.
