  I was thrilled with the work Daniel did for me at what I felt was a very reasonable price. I have just moved to Adelaide and the house I purchased didn’t have a tall enough opening for my fridge. Daniel removed the cupboard above the space and reduced the size to make room beneath, all done here in my garage. I also asked him to hang some large mirrors that required special mounting. He was polite, friendly and extremely methodical. I have no hesitation recommending Daniel for a wide range of handyman services.

  We recently had Daniel from Yatara Property Maintenance renovate our laundry room. The scope of works included reconfiguring the existing cabinetry and replacing the floor tiles to accommodate our new washer and dryer. Daniel went above and beyond throughout the work, paying incredible attention to even the smallest detail. He also made a plumbing repair after an issue was discovered during the works and connected our heat pump dryer to automatically drain. Throughout the process, he was easy to communicate with, came on time, and gave us a fair quote. Bottom line, he is a great guy and lovely to work with. We were very comfortable having him work in our home. We would recommend him without reservation and will definitely be having him back to perform further work in the future.

  I employed Daniel to come install a second hand door at my property and fix all the issues on the door to allow for me to paint up! He swapped the door from opening to the right to opening to the left and switched it all around. He also installed a new electronic lock and latch! He is very thorough and has excellent attention to detail. He never leaves the job site messy and is always on true to his word! If you want an honest, hard working, and respectful price, check this guy out! Andddd don’t be afraid to ask questions you don’t think a handy man can do, because I’m confident he will be able to do it!
