I recently had the pleasure of John Benjamin from Versatile Property Servicing doing some handyman jobs, and I can't recommend John highly enough! He did an outstanding job replacing an internal door with a beautiful old art deco door, hung some wall art on a concrete wall and installed some magnetic door stops. His work was so impressive that I'm already looking for other projects around my home just to have him back. John is the epitome of professionalism —tidy, polite, and incredibly nice. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Along with his wonderful wife Maddie, their customer service skills and the way they operate their business with flexibility, are first class. It was such a treat to have good old fashioned service!! Such a rarity these days. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for reliable, top-notch handyman services, look no further than Versatile Property Servicing. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

John is one of the most outstanding tradesmen Dianne and I have ever come across. He discussed the painting projects with caring intuitive guidance to ensure we got the very best results for the projects at hand. It wasn’t just good, the end result was fantastic! Also John installed two door handles with locks. One of the handles with locks wasn’t working. He spent extra time to ensure it was working perfectly. He is a perfectionist and new customers will find it hard to locate a tradesman of his lofty standard in the current climate. Maddie in reception was also a joy to deal with. Many thanks to you both. As I said to John, We have you on speed dial from now on! Kind Regards Garry and Dianne Dukeson

Versatile property team were very helpful and did a great job, they went out of their way and any issues would see to it immediately and were in constant contact. I was mainly in contact with Maddie and nothing was to much trouble, she went above and beyond, the end of a tenancy can be very stressful and I felt very supported, would definitely recommend Versatile Property.

I live in Cairns and these guys maintain my investment property in Caloundra. No job too small and in an environment where most tradies can, and do want to rip you off on the Sunny Coast I am so happy with the pricing and honesty I have had in dealing with them. Just did new curtains at a fraction of the cost of other quotes. They are my go to for any odd job or maintenance on the property. Highly Recommend.
