I highly recommend Dean as a quality tradesman for anyone needing timber window restoration. My windows were in terrible shape after years of harsh weather, but the results after sanding and staining are absolutely fantastic. Dean's attention to detail and professionalism, and care taken throughout the process were outstanding. The windows now look brand new and have completely transformed the appearance of my home. Thank you Dean for your quality workmanship and friendly service!

I can not thank Step up Solutions enough for their work. From when the quote was done to the job being completed Dean was prompt, honest and always kept me informed. If I had any questions Dean would reply almost immediately making everything as stress free as possible. As Dean had never built a pool before he helped Wayne who was in charge of making this tricky job happen. Wayne’s building knowledge was impressive and work ethic amazing. If you are ever looking for a job to be done this is the place to come for peace of mind. They are absolutely awesome 💫

We have now used Dean Bornstein of Step Up Solutions twice - and both times the experience and the result has been exceptional. Dean painted a family room for us the first time and was on time, polite and friendly and provided a true estimate of cost and time. We had no hesitation in phoning Dean again for a small external painting job prior to Christmas (which we truly did not expect to happen). Dean again came through for us and on the hottest day so far this year - painted the back wall of our house in the blazing sun and finished in enough time to get to a second job that day! Step up Solutions is a reputable company and we will definitely be putting them on our speed dial contacts.

I came home after 5 years away to a home that was covered with black mould and in disrepair. Not only did Dean and Chloe completely clean, paint, seal a raw concrete floor, and fix a mountain of eyesores, they did it with generosity of heart. They did not just do a job, they made 100% sure that I got what I needed, with hard work, good humour and great care. I have a great deal of respect for these two hard-working, honest and thoughtful people. They will not let you down! No hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to you.
