The team at Ilies Projects were nothing short of fantastic in renovating a 2bed 1 bath unit (built in 1979) for us. They managed everything methodically from new electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, new flooring, painting and plastering and a complete new kitchen renovation. They stuck by every date they promised. Communication was frequent and clear. Kirstie and Julia, both fantastic. There is no question in our minds about who we would use for our next renovation project. Thank you, team Ilies, you should be proud of your company!

Ilies Project team managed a renovation in my townhouse and did a brilliant job. The quality of all the workmanship, painting, carpets, carpentry, electrical was all top class. Julia & Kristie, in the office, kept me regularly updated on progress & everything went to plan. Which you don’t hear of very often when dealing with multiple trades. I’d highly recommend the team at Ilies for a quality efficient renovation.

Illies Projects replaced a set of front stairs on our Queenslander that were falling apart and they did a fantastic job. They came when they said they would, were quick and tidy and finished the job with minimum fuss. The admin staff kept us really well informed during the process. It was overall a very pleasant experience which is not always the case with building projects. Would definitely recommend them.

Ilies Projects were outstanding from beginning to end. Their professionalism, clear communication, and commitment to quality made the entire experience seamless. There were no delays, their pricing was fair and transparent, and the workmanship was exceptional. Every part of the project was handled with care and attention to detail, and it was clear the team takes real pride in what they do. We’re absolutely thrilled with the end result and couldn’t recommend Ilies Projects highly enough for anyone wanting reliable, high-quality work with zero stress.

Ilies Projects were referred to us by our property buyer. I can safely say that they lived up to expectations! The brief was turning a bedroom/ensuite into a physio studio plus client bathroom within our new family home. Daniel was able to meet us on-site quickly after the first enquiry. Julia was always a pleasure to deal with on the phone and via my many emails (sorry Julia!) The tradesmen were all very approachable, tidy and efficient. And the outcome - i couldn't ask for anything better! The level of quality is absolutely superb, which has impressed my clients. Can't recommend Ilies Projects highly enough
