  Exceptional service and quality work. I engaged CMX Property Maintenance to manage some structural work on the balconies in a complex of ten units. Their service from the outset was friendly and the quote was reasonable considering the work that needed to be done. This was not an easy task, though, ten different units and arranging their respective owner/occupier to provide access between the dates CMX set out to complete the work, however CMX handled this well. We had a few issues with one unit that could not be accessed and a couple where CMX needed to complete work but could not access the unit however no problem for CMX, they were responsive and prompt in re-arranging a visit to complete ALL the work. This job was not an easy one, it took time to find a company able and available to complete the work so it was a pleasure to find CMX and have them manage the entire job/project so professionally.
