It's often harder than it should be to find good and reliable contractors, so when I do they stay on the top of my list when I need to have work done. This is the case with Florance. I don't use any other electrical contractor and cannot recommend the company more highly. The staff they send to my house are professional, skilled, friendly and always do their best to fulfil my needs, which can often be a challenge given the age of my elevated house. Thanks, folks. I rang needing a new oven installed quickly, and was able to arrange an appointment for the next day. Only minutes later I receive a phone call saying they’ve got a team finished a job early and can do it today. Within an hour I had 2 professional and friendly employees in my home doing everything needed to get my oven in quickly. I am beyond impressed with the service and will recommend to everyone. Florance we’re recommended by Johnny Cool who were unable to fit us in. On contact they were friendly and helpful. Florance shuffled jobs so they could help us on short notice. They were in contact via text and phone calls to let us know when they were arriving. The work was completed as asked and they did a great job. We will be using them in the future. Called and requested an assessment of fault in residence. Prompt call back from reception and electrician was able to come around with in a few hours. Electricians were friendly, clean and reasonably priced for service.
