  We have used Tony many times over recent years, initially to lay a new Colourbond Trimdeck roof on our house including velux skylights, all new fascias, guttering and downpipes. We have also had an outside office fully cladded in colourbond roofing and walls. We have always been very happy with Tony's professionalism, honesty and workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend him for people seeking quality tradesmen.

  Tony & his crew recently replaced our old tired tile roof with Colorbond. Tony is courteous, professional and hard working. We had a minor teething issue post the roof installation and he was very quick to respond and repair this minor issue. In addition Tony has repaired the ridge capping on my garage. Tony has a lot of experience with roofing/property maintenance and I would highly recommend him.

  I recently hired A.P. Quinn Property Maintenance to install new facials and gutters on my home. From start to finish the job went smoothly and they were polite, professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and answer all my questions. I am really pleased with their work and they took great care in cleaning up after the job, leaving no debris behind. I noticed an immediate improvement in the functionality of my gutters—they now properly direct water away and I no longer have to worry about water damage or leaks. The fascia looks fantastic, adding a clean, finished look to the roofline. The job was completed on time and the price was very reasonable for the high quality of work. I have no hesitations recommending Tony and the team.
