  We had a little emergency last night and we contacted them via email late in the evening and they were at our home by lunch time. The service exceptional, friendly, efficient, and prompt. They quoted us with a fair price. It's also worth mentioning that he removed all traces of broken glass, there was nothing for me to risk cutting my finger on. We will be calling on you soon to replace some bathroom windows.

  James did an extensive repair on a heavy duty slider which could barely be moved. At the end of the job, which took many hours, he was not happy with the result and undertook to source alternative components and come back and change them. Despite significant additional costs to him, he declined my offer to pay extra. Just wanted to see a satisfied customer. The door, which required two men to lift, I can now slide with one finger. Give James a call at Silver Sands Glass if you have any door problems.

  I wish I could give more stars to this company. I was a bit of a mess when I called for an emergency repair after someone threw a brick through our home window in the middle of the night. These guys made sure they came out same day to help me out and feel safe in my home again. Their work is amazing and their service is warm and friendly… honestly… do yourself a favour and go with them, look forward to redoing all the windows at our house in the near future. Oh and we requested they replace it with plain glass because we’re going away from the old school look!
