Fabulous service. Such a breeze to interact with. From the first phone call to enquire about a doggy door install, the visit to measure up/quote and the install appointment. I didn’t bother shopping around as I felt the quote I receive was fair. Kriss and Leo installed the doggy door, taking their time to prepare the area, install the new glass pane with doggy door, to taking my security screen off to make adjustments, even replaced the rollers on the security door for us. Our little puppy is loving her freedom.

I had a glass panel damaged and shattered early this morning, and Kriss was absolutely outstanding. He arrived promptly, was professional from start to finish, and handled the shattered panel with great care. Kriss removed the broken glass efficiently without making any mess, which was impressive given the situation. The repair was completed smoothly and in a timely manner, with everything left clean and safe. Excellent workmanship, reliable service, and a very reassuring technician to deal with. We woke up to a shattered back window this morning. We contacted O’Brien Glass to replace it. Within a few hours we had Leo and Kriss attend site and both of them delivered outstanding customer service. Efficient, friendly and clean.
