Outstanding customer service from All Things Glass. We had a huge shower screen that spontaneously broke due to what is likely to have been a nickel sulphide inclusion. The panel was huge (easily 80/90kg of glass minimum) and originally fitted awkwardly in an unusual, triangular space (architect designed home). From the beginning Klaus was prompt, courteous and efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable about glass. He considered several options to replace the screen, along with considering appropriate fixings that would match the existing Italian fixtures. Once the glass had been manufactured, Klaus and a team came to the house, and fitted the glass with no issues. All staff on site were great and they cleaned up as well as they could on departure. The following evening Klaus called again to finish off the job once the original silicone had cured. Great service, excellent price and lovely people. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

This is our second experience with All Things Glass and I can't recommend them highly enough. The product is fantastic and the service is excellent. And all at a very reasonable price. Great experience with our shower screen door replacement with All things glass. Klaus was very prompt and helpful, providing quotes for multiple options and giving some great advice during the measure and quote process. The installers were also very professional, kept my updated and did a great job. Very happy with the result and will use them again if I every need another screen done.
