I had a gardener come yesterday and unfortunately, he broke one of my windows. As this is a new and first home for me, I was in complete panic as I wanted this fixed straight away. Pronto was able to answer my call, and give me a quote in less than an hour, let alone the cheapest quote out of 20 places I called that day. They were also able to book me in the next day and I couldn’t be more grateful for them in doing this as quickly as possible and now I feel like I can relax and not worry about it anymore. The guys that came were able to get the job done in less than an hour and it looks good as new. They also went ahead and quoted me on another window that had a few chips in there which I definitely will be asking for them again in about a month’s time to get it replaced. I couldn’t recommend Pronto enough to anyone in need of this service. It’s perfect.

Great service and communication overall, despite some set backs in glass delivery and unexpected events, Mariana and Joey were very responsive and kept us in the loop. Eventually they got to installing our glass after hours and Joey got the job done quickly, looks as good as it did before, they even included the window stickers originally on there. Would def recommend
