O’Brien Glass replaced a broken window at our place. They made the whole process such a stress free, pleasant one from coordinating the appointment over the phone to completing the job on the day. Doug who carried out the work on site was most professional, punctual and thorough. The work was completed in a timely and friendly manner. Thankyou for a job well done. Definitely highly recommend.

I’m extremely happy with the finished work and the new glass. My bedroom window broke, and Andy from O’Brien Glass attended promptly and replaced the broken glass within an hour in Plumpton Vic 3335. He reused the existing frame and installed a new rubber seal around the glass. Andy was very professional, spoke clearly, and was respectful throughout the entire process. He provided the price before commencing the job and explained the payment options clearly. The price did change slightly, as the glass originally quoted was different from the one I agreed to on the day, but this was explained upfront. I’m very happy with the new glass—you honestly wouldn’t know it had been replaced, except that it’s spotlessly clean!

Matt arrived on time and did an excellent job of installing a new pane of glass. He had a friendly yet professional manner, answered all our questions and did a good job cleaning up after the task. Highly recommend Matt & O’Briens and will definitely get them back to install a second pet door.

Both Leigh and Paul from O'Brien's Glass did a fantastic job replacing my broken windows. Both guys turned up on time, expertly replaced the glass taking care of my old wooden window frames and cleaned up inside and out. Very happy!

Karina from the call centre was my first point of contact. She could not have been more helpful . Jeff did the initial measure and then returned to install the safety glass and doggy door with Luke. Jeff and Luke were clearly seasoned professionals and knew exactly what they were doing. They were friendly and helpful and we could not be happier with the installation. Sonia took our final payment and she too was a delight to deal with. We had a tight deadline to install before Christmas and we could not be happier with all the staff we dealt with. They made the whole process easy and stress free. Thank you to all staff mentioned. Highly recommend Obrien for doggie door installation in a sliding door. It is used by our cat and dog. The door self closes if left ajar. Great product and great experience.
