  Due to wind damage and quick assistance from Insurance company I met with Kit Cheong from Johns Lyng Group who assisted how the repairs would proceed and to check the emergency work completed. Constant phone calls received to keep me updated. He was very courteous and professional, arrived at specified time, carried out his task while both listening to me and answering my questions/queries to the best of his knowledge. Would highly recommend the company and their staff.

  We recently had to have our whole rear door replaced due to an accident and the John Lyng Group were great. They came out and explained the process, gave us constant updates as to what stage we were at, when the tradies were coming and were always contactable for questions. When the old roller blinds did not fit in the new frame, they immediately arranged replacements for us that would fit.
