After being stuffed around by other glass companies several times - I Rang Max at Buddy Glass and he organised his team to replace my two windows adjacent to my front door due to one being cracked and glass color no longer made. His team member came out the next day in 30 degree western suburb heat. They were polite and punctual and cleaned up after the glass was replaced. Buddy Glass were a pleasure to deal with and they will get you sorted even if its a small job. Their price was reasonable also. Thankyou Max - your team did a good job of looking after me. After trying two different companies without success, over an 8 hour time frame, with no success, I called Buddy Glass, who provided wonderful service. It was nearly 10pm at night by this time. A team member arrived within an hour of contacting them and made my window safe. They returned the next day and did an excellent job of replacing the pane of glass and also did a great job of cleaning up the mess, which I appreciated very much. I was extremely happy with the service that I received gladly recommend Buddy Glass to anyone who needs fast, reliable and efficient service.

These guys are willing to negotiate, professional and efficient. It cost me about $300 (after discounts) to replace the glass window whereas it would've been around $400 with other major companies. They got back to me with a quote within the hour I sent them pics. They also replaced and cleaned up the shards from the broken window the next day. GREAT SERVICE AND VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY! The company was extremely helpful in guiding me to select the type of glass that best suited my needs, rather than pushing the most expensive option. Their reliability stood out— the worker arrived punctually, completed the installation efficiently and left the area impeccably clean. While the service was slightly pricier than others, the quality and professionalism of their work made it worth every penny. I highly recommend this company.

Well, what can I say? I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were super responsive and gave me the option of having an immediate fix (Saturday) or waiting until Monday (cheaper). Very rare to find such honesty and consideration these days. I was given a timeframe for when the tradesperson would arrive (a two hour block) and was told he would call me on the day to give me a more accurate arrival time. Sure enough, he called me as promised and arrived exactly on time. He was a lovely person and his work was highly professional. The job was perfect, and he cleaned up the broken glass inside and outside the window. Excellent service, workmanship, and value for money. Don't even think about using anyone else!
