My experience with JRC Glass Solutions Durack was top-notch from start to finish. From the moment I made the initial call to set up an appointment to the day of installation, it was all super professional. Kit provided a very reasonable quote for a double-glazed window in my main bedroom, and John, who handled the installation, was an absolute legend. He performed high-quality work, left no mess behind, was polite, punctual, and did an amazing job. All in all, it was a fantastic experience.

When we decided to get a Crimsafe security door for our front entrance, we tried to obtain quotes from three different companies. JRC Glass Solutions Durack stood out as the only company that provided a prompt and easily accessible quote within a reasonable time frame. The individual who came to measure and provide the quote was incredibly helpful and friendly. We procrastinated a bit and contacted them just before Thanksgiving, unsure if it could be done in time due to industry demand. To our delight, they reached out to schedule installation just 8 days before Thanksgiving, despite it being a custom job for our larger-than-average door. The installer arrived punctually, worked efficiently, and was also very accommodating and friendly. Payment was a breeze, thanks to a friendly lady on the phone. Overall, we are thoroughly impressed with the professional service provided by JRC Glass Solutions Durack. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I reached out to JRC Glass Solutions Durack to fix a problematic lock on my security door. During the visit, I discussed the possibility of adding Crimsafe to a few windows without it. The technician, Jim, kindly offered to measure those windows on the spot. To my surprise, I received a quote from JRC Glass Solutions Durack that very afternoon. I'm eagerly anticipating the installation of my new screens in a few weeks. It's been a pleasure dealing with such friendly and efficient professionals. Many thanks to JRC Glass Solutions Durack.
