John was great! The price was great! He quoted on the work online / via email. He arrived precisely at the appointed time and was amazingly efficient. His years of experience really showed. The weather wasn't the best, and one repair required him to remove the window, fix it at the workshop, and then return. I am sure this took a lot more time than originally expected, but that didn't phase him at all... Highly recommended.

John carried out an urgent repair to an upper pane on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago, even though he had a busy workload after storms. His work was impeccable, his charge very reasonable, arrived right on time. He fixed another two panes today that, while not urgent, needed fixing before Winter. Again John was totally reliable, did high quality work & charged very fairly. I will call on John for any future glazing work & will recommend him highly to others. Thanks John.

John's craftsmanship and professionalism is top notch and his quote was very reasonable. He replaced many panes of old cracked glass including matching a rare vintage pane, fixed a sash. We can see clearly now the cracks have gone! Absolutely recommend! Thank you!!

Steve and John have replaced more than 15 window panes for me over the years, from cracked or broken in an old federation house to a large safety glass picture window. Also picture frame glass. Excellent service. Prompt, efficient and affordable.
