Langson Glass

I’ve used Langson Glass a few times now and have always been very happy with their service and the quality of their work. However, the last job was particularly special – a clear reflection not only of their strong work ethic, but also of the attitude and genuine good nature that runs deep within this organisation. I had a very short timeframe to have a shower screen installed and ready within a week. Kody and Lia from Langson Glass weren’t aware of the time pressure until I met with Kody for a quote. I wasn’t expecting them to rush the job and had already accepted that it would follow the usual lead time. Regardless, Kody, on his own initiative and goodwill, made the necessary adjustments to his existing work schedule and even went out of his way to collect the property keys while I was stuck at work – all at no extra charge. Kody measured and quoted the job on Wednesday, then returned the very next day to install the shower screen. While he was there, he even took the time to fix the glass on the stove rangehood. The end result was excellent – neat, professional and completed with pride with no mess to clean. The cost was fair, the service fast and flawless and the entire experience effortless. I’d highly recommend Langson Glass to anyone and I will certainly continue to use them for all future glazing needs.

This company were so easy to deal with. A brief email exchange and a photo and they were here the next day fixing my kitchen window from the outside while I was at work. The quote was very reasonable as well, lower than the other ones I sourced. Highly recommend.

So impressed with Langson Glass! Called mid morning for a quote, called them back about 1 hour later and the job was completed mid afternoon. Can't get better than that and it was good value. Thanks to the team at Langson's!

Kody and his team did a great job at replacing some very old rollers on my windows. He turned up when he said he would, sourced the rare rollers and finished the job perfectly. He has great attention to detail and cares for his customers. I found his communication excellent and he is highly professional!
