  We ordered an additional single shelf for an existing display cupboard and were told on the Friday the job would be allocated on the following Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon we received a text advising the glass which was to be used was found to have a slight scratch, therefore a new piece of glass had been ordered. About a week later we received another text advising the shelf was ready for collection. We have since collected our shelf and it fits perfectly! We are really impressed that we were notified with each step of the manufacturing process, and also that Koala Glass were able to fulfill such a small order with efficiency. Thankyou

  Great service and communication from quoting to follow up of a better choice of glass for my needs through to installation with no mess to clean up afterwards. Only problem was an extra debit to my credit card of $1895 after my account had been paid in full. I have been assured it will be refunded when I supply my bank details but not to my credit card.

  I needed a windscreen for by 1975 kombi. Koala was the cheapest and was quick with a quote. I picked up the screen and the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Great work guys.
