Nathan and his team are very friendly and approachable. We needed five double glazed windows replaced as we had become aware that they had developed a semi-opaque staining on the inner side of the outer pane, 7 years after they were manufactured in May 2017 by Trend Windows in Canberra. The 7 year warranty was not honoured, as when I rang them in September 2024, they advised the warranty had expired 4 months earlier. They also advised that they had extended their warranty in 2018 to 10 years. Nathan visited to do a measure up and discuss the options. Then the team came in August 2025 and replaced the affected windows with new double glazed windows in an expert manner. I highly recommend Canberra Glass Solutions.

Nathan and his team did a brilliant job of replacing our old balustrade with glass. It looks amazing. Excellent communication and very reliable. Highly recommend.
