We contacted Matt because we wanted to have golden diosma planted as hedges around the front of the property. First dealing with Matt, he demonstrated concise, straight to the point and genuine communication - we had a previous landscaper came to give us a quote, and we felt he treated us like idiots, using fear mongering tactics to try to get more businesses out of us, we didn't like it, thus didn't progress with him. Additionally, Matt's price was very fair. After first consultation, Matt told us he will get back in a few days with the quote and he honoured his words in a timely manner. I was particular and wanted to have assurance that the plants will thrive nicely, as plants can become root bound if they were not planted correctly. I spoke to Matt and wanted to know his process, he has demonstrated thorough knowledge and experience in his work, I felt assured that we would be in good hands. We are especially impressed that Matt has had the administrative aspect of his business well automated. He was prompt in communicating when he'll come to do the work, and on the day, he and his partner, Karishma worked deligently on our front yard. We were very glad that our dog get to meet and play with Charlie, their Aussie Shephard fur baby while they worked. After they completed planting the plants, Matt advised us on how to care for the plants to ensure it thrives and told us to add compost and mulch after a month. Matt was very responsive even after he had completed the planting job. We called after a few weeks as we saw abit of browning on one of the 64 plants, Matt advised what to do to that plant - even offered to replace the plant if it doesn't get better - and the rest to promote more growth, which we followed and the plants did become much better. Matt even offered to stop by to check on the health of the plants for us and gave more advise upon his visit, end of last year. We would've gladly paid a higher price, and frankly felt that they underquoted, as Matt and his partner provided very all-rounded, genuine and high quality services and output. We booked for him to fill the compost and mulch for us recently, and we are very happy with Matt's service. We are glad to source Monstera Garden Care and would highly recommend Matt and his partner's service.

Matt is highly professional and thorough in his work. He attended my home to assess the required maintenance, provided a fair and reasonable quote by the end of the day, and returned the following week to complete the job to a high standard.
