Louis did a great job in both our front and backyard. It was a mess as I had not had the time to mow / maintain it myself. In the past, I’ve had several bad experiences when I’ve hired individuals / company for regular lawn and garden maintenance however, Louis from Augusta has provided a service that's is above my expectations. He got to the nooks and crannies and tidied up after work. Looking forward to get the same level of service from Augusta in the future. I think, I’ve finally found my lawn maintenance company (touch-wood) and can spend the spare time with my kid instead. Thanks for the great work you’ve done Louis and also big Thanks to George for arranging one of his best guys and post work follow-up call. Tells you that they take pride in their work. Will is outstanding - dependable, hardworking, and extremely professional. He consistently goes above and beyond to keep our garden looking tidy and well maintained. His attention to detail and care for the space really shows. Will went above and beyond to care for our lawns recently on a hot day! He spent pretty much all day and was professional with the constant changes we requested. As a first time customer and having dealt with several gardening services in the past, I am genuinely impressed with Augusta team. Their customer service is excellent - quick to respond, attentive, and they immediately resolved an accidental double payment. George who surveyed me during the quoting process was attentive and remembered every task I would like done for the backyard. Louise and Tim who did the gardening were punctual and completed the work professionally, which is refreshing change from my recent experiences with other gardening service providers. I found the team at Augusta off a Facebook recommendation in a local group and I'm so glad that I did. George was so friendly and helpful in getting me booked in, and explaining the process and options. He also called post service to check in and make sure I was happy. Louis who came and did my lawns did an amazing job. When I got home and saw my house I literally exclaimed out loud at how good it looked - the attention and care was evident. I could not be happier with the service, and it has removed a stress from my life knowing I have these guys coming each month to take care of things. Highly recommend this team!!

George does an excellent job maintaining our garden and lawn. He’s friendly, reliable, and works efficiently while still delivering great results. The lawn always looks neat and healthy after his visits, and he’s happy to offer helpful advice when needed. He’s also always receptive to feedback and is fantastic with communication and admin, making everything seamless and easy.
