  I am very happy to provide a highly positive review of Josh as he has provided solutions to a couple of challenging maintenance matters. I recently moved into a small unit, there was this large, old, worn, lopsided “fold-down” clothesline which was a real eyesore and did not function well. Josh provided my with a very competitive quote, and attended on time. Within a short amount of time Josh had cut the old metal clothesline poles into pieces, which I put straight in my car boot and popped into a local metal recycler👍🏼 Fabulous outcome. Josh quoted to instal my new, smaller fold-down clothesline into the small courtyard at the rear of my unit. This work was very satisfactorily completed this afternoon. I would definitely employ Josh for other maintenance and gardening projects. He has proven to be a valuable and resourcefully skilled maintenance worker. Thanks Josh for your attention to detail and all your help.
