Dreamscapes Landscapes and Garden Solutions

We have been using Dreamscapes for our regular garden upkeep since September 2022. Daniel and his team are prompt, responsive, respectful and friendly. I receive 2 reminders of my upcoming service, one by email and one by text. Recently (August 2023) we asked Daniel to remodel our landscaping, this involved removing and replacing rock (gravel), laying tiles and grass. We did not have grass prior to this. This process meant on and off appointments over a period of weeks, and Daniel kept me up to date with every appointment, making certain they were protecting my dog, who is a bit of a Houdini and will attempt to escape at any opportunity, and also that they could get access to the parts of the property that they need. We had Dreamscapes in last year to install an irrigation system for our courtyard. It was a pleasure to have the team around while the work was happening and Daniel was persistent in tweaking the system to get the best possible result in light of the rubbish water pressure in our suburb. We recently had a problem with the system timers and Daniel offered the perfect after-sales service - popped around the next day to fix the issue at no charge.
