  We reached out to Chris at Ocelli Gardens and Homes on short notice, and he was kind enough to fit us in. From the moment he arrived, his calm, patient approach put us at ease. He really listened to who we are and what we wanted, and then gave us thoughtful, honest advice without sugar-coating anything. That level of professionalism was refreshing. Chris was punctual, reliable, and incredibly hardworking. He completely transformed our garden—sprucing it up and making it look like a million dollars. His eye for detail is unmatched: he didn’t just “tidy up,” he shaped, balanced, and brought life back into every corner of the space. He even noticed little things we hadn’t thought of and took care of them, showing the pride he takes in his work. Beyond his skill, what makes Chris special is the kind of person he is. He’s modest, genuine, and clearly cares about the people he works with. You can tell he sees every garden as more than just a job—it’s someone’s home, and he treats it with the respect it deserves. His versatility was also a huge bonus; from pruning and planting to repairing, tidying, and advising on long-term care, he seemed to have a solution for everything.   Chris has done a variety of work at my property including cutting fallen branches, clearing overgrown areas, cutting the lawn, and producing the neatest edges, taking green waste and rubbish to the dump. He is a conscientious worker and I have been very pleased with the work he has done. One project I was really pleased with, and demonstrated the variety of his skills, was installing an arch into the vegetable garden. The job involved removing rocks from a small wall and cementing them in when the arch was installed. Chris is a thoughtful person and I am happy to have him working in my garden.

  I was really pleased with the work that Chris did for me. It was not an easy job removing some very old plants with very deep roots but he did an amazing job. He also left everything incredibly tidy. He also kept in touch with me about when he would be doing the job and arrived when he advised. This is very rare these days. I would highly recommend Chris.
