Wilder Elements

Bradley did a great job removing a large fig tree growing on my 100 year old Canary Island palm. It’s growing in a confined space but he used lots of safety precautions. I was impressed by his use of helmets and earmuffs; and how carefully he harnessed himself to the tree. He identified a bird’s nest fern growing in the palm and some native ferns in my garden. It’s was a good experience; the yard was super tidy and he took all the debris to the tip. As an Arborist, Brad is tops! 🌞

Brad did a fabulous job on our jacaranda. We had a few companies come to prune in the last few years, but were not pleased with result. Brad is very skilled and the tree looks great. He and his assistants were hard workers, tidy and thorough. Thoroughly recommend.

What can I say??? Nothing short of spectacular! If you need you gardens looked after, don't look anywhere else. I wouldn't go with anyone else but Brad from Wilder Elements. First off, the customer service is impeccable. We tried to call many gardeners to come and quote. I got told by a couple of them flat out no, some just never responded. But Brad (whilst on holiday) called to have a chat about the job and was keen to come quote when he was back. We agreed on a date and time and he said that he would let me know when he was about 30 minutes away. Now, like most businesses nowadays, I don't hold my breath for people to do what they said they will do.... but then there is Brad. Everything from a text to say he was on his way, what time he would show up, how long it would likely take, he delivered on. He is friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. From a customer service point of view, other companies could learn a thing or twenty from Brad on customer service. As for the gardens, Brad is a horticulturist and arboriculturist. We had hedges (trees) along our fence line and a creeping fig on a wall that borders our property that had become overgrown and difficult to restore and manage to what needed to be done. Brad meticulously managed and assessed the appropriate cuts to bring back the trees into a healthy state. The vine had grown too high for us to safely being back down as well as quite bushy. We came back from a weekend away today, and just blown away. His skills are second to none. Plus he comes insured, helmets, protective eye wear, ear protection, which was great to know he takes safety serious as well. Keeping Brad on now to help maintain the jobs I struggle to do or find time for, plus more.

Brad at Wilder Elements, with his team, did an excellent job of clearing my yard and preparing it for replanting. Communication was excellent, everyone worked hard, and the cleanup was very good, too. Brad also helped with suggestions for low-maintenance plants to choose, with links to nursery websites, and some recommendations. The cost was not super-low, but I think that the expertise and all-around niceness of the people working around my house made it a bargain.
