  I am absolutely delighted with the work James and his Top Notch Property team did on my garden. They work hard, communicate well and are friendly and helpful. Apart from the general weeding and mulching, they were able to offer advice about problem areas. For example, one of the feature areas of the garden - a sort of moat area in front of the house - had gotten out of hand and I just couldn't face fixing it myself. James and his team restored it to its former glory. An additional task they helped with was pressure cleaning the driveway to our garage. I am happy to recommend them.

  James has been coming to help us with big jobs in the garden for over a year now: he did all the heavy work for our lawns such as top soil etc and they look excellent. He mows the lawns as well. He also does trimming of bushes in the garden and he is very attentive to our needs. He takes all the green waste away which is a plus. He also performs lots of handy work jobs but we haven’t used him for that. He is also a very kind, trustworthy person to have around. We strongly recommend him.
