Carlos has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired him to landscape the outside area of our new house. He helped us to figure out what would work best for our space, gave us a very fair quote and then did a great job laying stepping stones and landscaping. He is a lovely guy and a very hard worker. Rivi Landscaping (formerly RG Property Services) has just completed work at our Bayswater property involving installation of new retic and Sir Walter grass to our backyard. Carlos was very responsive to my initial request for a quote and provided a detailed scope of works in a timely manner. Our job was able to be scheduled a few weeks thereafter. Carlos prepared two irregular shaped areas for turf Including removing existing sand and adding a good soil mix to give our new lawns the best possible start. The new reticulation and grass has been installed for two weeks and is looking lush and green. Carlos went over and above to get our job completed on time including some works outside of the initial scope to make everything look perfect. Carlos is very professional, reliable, a great communicator and followed through on all that he promised to complete the job on time. Carlos, Viviana and their crew had done an amazing job with our landscaping. It's hard to find trustworthy people these days hence we're really grateful to have found RG.
