In short, I would recommend Royal Landscaping and Decking, and Prince. I sent Prince an email with what the area I wanted changed and what I wanted. Prince sent me an email with a quote. I wanted to have artificial grass installed. We agreed on a date and time to have the work done. Prince and his team came and did the work, they were efficient and diligent. I was happy with the outcome which can be seen in the photos. Also, I was able to pay by bank transfer so I didn't have to pay merchant fees. Thanks to Prince and the team! Edit: I forgot to mention there were an offcut that I could use as a doormat, a little bonus!

After getting conned by one other guy who had pretended to be a landscaper; Prince came to our rescue, and he changed my perception that not everyone is the same in this field. I had Prince and the team come over to do the landscaping for both the back and the front of the house, absolutely love it! They were able to fit my suggestions for design, and very professional from start to finish, with the costs all visible from the very beginning! I recently had the pleasure of working with Royal Landscaping and Decking, specifically with Prince, the business owner. From start to finish, Prince demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication to ensuring the job was completed to my satisfaction. Prince proved to be a reliable, trustworthy, and approachable individual throughout the entire process. He provided a quote for the work which included laying natural turf in my backyard, building a veggie patch box, and completing concrete sealing and caulking for my driveway, alfresco, and pathway. The quotes provided were reasonable, with no hidden costs, and Prince was accommodating when I requested multiple changes, including the type of wood used for the veggie patch. The job was completed in mid-January within the promised timeframe of three days, with one day dedicated to prep work, one day for laying the turf, and one day for concrete sealing. Throughout the process, Prince offered valuable advice on caring for the new turf, ensuring its proper maintenance. True to his word, Prince mentioned that if any issues arose, he would come back to fix them. He demonstrated this commitment when he promptly returned to fix some minor issues with the concrete caulking. I apologize for the delay in providing this review, as I wanted to gather photos showcasing the transformation immediately after completion and after a couple of months to highlight the quality of work delivered. However, I must provide constructive feedback regarding the laying of the turf. Despite the overall satisfaction with the job, the turf was laid with gaps between the pieces, which have not closed even after three months. When walking on the turf, the foot tends to go between these gaps. Though this feedback is not intended to impact my rating, I believe it's important to highlight for potential future improvements. Nevertheless, I am confident that Prince will sort out this issue, just as he did with the caulking. Overall, I highly recommend Royal Landscaping and Decking for their professionalism, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
