They came out to fix the tap handle on my bathroom sink, which had been loose for a while and was even installed the wrong way before. he was friendly, efficient, and knew exactly what to do. He tightened everything properly and fixed the installation, and now the tap feels sturdy and works perfectly. Super smooth experience overall.
