Love It Landscaping

I knew immediately when it came to choosing the right landscaping company, Love It Landscaping stood out by miles. From day one, Troy and his team were particularly professional, engaging, and highly motivated. I was after a simple back yard that required very low maintenance, neat and elegant. I had never done this before and without a concrete idea of what I wanted, I essentially left it up to Troy and his team to come up with an idea. What followed far exceeded my expectations. The entire crew working on this small project were exceptional. Their attention to detail and passion to complete this with the utmost quality was clearly evident in every process - from building the composite deck, creating a garden feature with irrigation, to planting the trees and grass. It was such a pleasure watching their handiwork at play that it was almost a shame to see them go. Profoundly recommended. 11/10

I’ve never been more keen to leave a positive review for a landscaping business until now. Not only is it super difficult to get a response from most landscapers (understandably due to the nature of the industry and demand) however, Love it landscaping were amazing with their communication and honesty. (No ghosting!!) Joel came out and put a quote together and was very helpful on working with us and to our budget. He also checked in on how we were going throughout the progress which was a nice touch. David who was unbelievable with his plant knowledge. (How do you even remember that many species of plants??). He was fanatic at working out the best plants for our environment and requests. Came out a few times and followed up once finished. The trades who did the grunt work. Ashton, Sam and Riley were superstars. Very polite and respectful lads. They all worked efficiently and tidy whilst not impacting anyone else on the street. From the beginning we knew we were in good hands with the team at Love It Landscaping. They were efficient in all aspects of our project. The detailed design and 3D renders allowed us to envisage what the finished project would look like. The Admin team (Melani), the Management team (Troy & Joel), and all the hard working Landscaping team (Bill + the many landscapers including the Maintenance team) went to great lengths to ensure all of our requests, questions and the end result satisfied our goals. Generally a good experience. Troy was very professional when he initially scoped out our job - it was quite a bit smaller than what I think they're used to dealing with, but they seemed to give it good attention to detail. We're also mostly happy with our garden and the guys who actually carried out the work were very professional, efficient and good guys to deal with. A couple of a downsides below: We paid for "premium topsoil and organic mulch" but have since found a large amount of plastic (shredded old wire, tape, sponge, mesh etc etc) in our beds - not what we expected for the price we paid. We chased this up with Melani and have not heard anything back... Also, we got a little frustrated when getting a start date booked in - we were told on 2-3 occasions by office staff that they would get back to us and this didn't happen. It would be good if we were just told the start date had to be pushed back, rather than being left in the dark about it.
