Ballarat Advanced Tree Nursery

Visited 19/11/25. Wonderful nursery with friendly, knowledgeable advice customised to Clunes clay. The plants were all very well cared for: vigorous and healthy. We visited for a 9.15 appointment and had collected about $500 worth of plants (no trees, all shrubs and ground covers in 30 minutes (establishing a garden). Incredible advice and service from Nhang. So thoughtful and helpful ❤️ We were having a nursery day, and visited 5 or 6 other nurseries in the day. Ballarat Advanced Tree Nursery were by far the cheapest, the best service by far and the healthiest plants. Went to Avalon for the first time - complete nightmare in comparison. UPDATE: 20/10/25 I've been back 4 times in a month for a quick pick up of an online order and another appointment. They've all been with Nhang ❤️ Not worth shopping anywhere else. Got 6 of these yesterday. $25 each. A metre already! Look how healthy they are.

Excellent customer service. They called me straight back after leaving a message on their answering machine. I made an appointment to pick up 2 trees which were very healthy. I was met as I arrived and given advice about the trees. I had a couple of questions I had forgotten to ask so I emailed them through and received a reply almost instantly with lots of information. This is the second time I have purchased plants from Ballarat Advanced Tree Nursery and I highly recommend them. They really know their stuff and are happy to provide advice after the sale as well as before. PS. Been back again for another tree and other stuff. They are so helpful.

At our visit, Emma was patient and very knowledgable. After carefully considering our preferences, she walked us through several options. Our chosen plants (over 50) were delivered on time in perfect condition. Five stars.

Picked up 2 gorgeous Olive trees and a few Lavender today from Ballarat Advanced Tree Nursery. The pick up process was well organized and the staff member was very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to plant them 🌳 🌼
