Pools by Design

We have just finished our pool with pools by design, and we are super happy and stoked with the outcome. We have really enjoyed working with, Gary, Clint and the entire crew. We have a non standard block, and wanted a unique pool, they understood our vision, and designed us a one of a kind unique pool. All the trades and staff were courteous and respectful and Tommy the Tiler is an absolute legend.. No question was too much, Clint answered all my, texts and phone calls and they couldn’t do enough to help me, also when we realised the sensors where in the wrong place, someone was out the next day to rectify the situation. I would not hesitate to use pools by design again or recommend them to anyone else considering a pool

Finished a pool with Pools By Design - from start to finish the advice and knowledge by Gary, Clint, Cameron and the team has been outstanding. We had a few issues with sewer lines etc but they helped us navigate these issues where other companies would have walked away and put in the 'too hard ' basket. The trades - especially excavation team were outstanding in cleaning up any mess as best they could and before concreting they covered any areas to protect from overspray or concrete splashes. They also set the pool up so that you minimise the use of chemicals and get value for money on any chemicals you do use. End result is an outstanding crystal clear Magnesium pool. They were recommended by friends and I have no hesitation in recommending them in the design and build of a pool. The whole team and trades have been nothing but professional and courteous throughout the whole experience.

Couldn’t be happier with our first ever pool and have to thank the team at Pools By Design. From the get go they were pragmatic and honest about what was possible. They were our first choice after meeting a total of 10 other providers. Super impressed with the workmanship and finishes. I agonised over where to put the steps and if I should add glass to the pebble Crete. they were incredibly patient and guided me through the process. I just love the travertine wall …superb job done by Tom. The team turned up when they needed to and got stuck in. We stayed out of their way and were blown away when the owner of the company came to check the work and empty our pool of rainwater before the tiling. Even during weekends and holidays the son of the company owner came to do our handover. All I can say is they went above and beyond and my recommendation is, you can 100 percent trust these guys. Value for the dollars too. Do big thank you and well done.

Clint, Gary and the team have provided us with an excellent space to relax and spend family time. From start to finish the team were professional, helpful, accommodating and ready to answer any questions we had. We’ve just had our new Pools by Design pool finished in time for summer. It’s turned out a treat. Have to say it was a complex job with really poor access, difficult soil to work with and lots of water that just wouldn’t stop flowing! The PBD team handled it all really well and the finished product is wonderful. Fully tiled, up and out of the ground and ready to enjoy. Each build day was really efficient, communication was good, tradies were great and the progress was good to follow throughout the build. Now getting ready to enjoy it all in the sun!

Pools by Design were amazing, they helped design a unique pool for our new build home and kept an eye on the entire build process so that they knew exactly when they could complete each stage of the pool construction around the build and landscaping of our new home. Very professional and always available to help when we were learning how to care for our new pool as well. Great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
