From previously having a poor drainage system Scott and the team installed a decent 4X2 Rubble pit for us and re-ran our down pipes and connected it all to the Pit. Photos 1,2 & 3 show the extent of the pit in progress and 4, 5 & 6 show how our back yard was left. Super impressed that they were able to get all the work done in a day and fit all our concrete waste into the pit saving us money on the disposal. We will be using Philipsen Construction again to replace our roof and other works around our home.

We’ve recently had Scott and the boys out to do some building work for our renovation project. Nothing was too much trouble; the work was done on schedule even with some variations along the way. The whole crew were very professional and an absolute pleasure to have doing the work, they kept the site clean and tidy at the end of each day, and Scott made sure he was available for any questions we had throughout the process. We also needed some extra trades to come in as is usually the case, Scott referred us to some quality tradespeople for electrical, plumbing, tiling and joinery and made the process very easy. We’d definitely have them back again for any future work, and would highly recommend their services.
