Plants Plus Cumberland Forest

Always a pleasure dropping by this nursery! 🌱 The staff are super friendly and genuinely helpful. They don’t just stay behind the counter, they’ll come over for a chat, give advice and make sure you’re looked after. Every visit feels like a bit of a treasure hunt, always finding something new. Highly recommend for any plant lovers!

I recently discovered Plants Plus in Cumberland Forest. WOW, just WOW. I was blown away by the variety, quality and ambiance but was especially impressed with the customer service, which was by far the best I think I have ever had. I do not know why, but I am in that age and sex demographic that when I walk into almost any shop, I become invisible. If I need help or questions answered, I need to go looking for someone. Adam, Andrew, Phillip and the blond lady with accent (sorry didn’t get her name), were absolutely amazing with customer service. Their help and guidance contributed significantly to the fact I spent over $1000 in just one visit. We had a gorgeous Grevillia tree delivered by Andrew along with some bags of potting mix which I could not fit in my car. When Andrew was at my house he was able to give more great advice on the garden I am preparing for the tree and other gorgeous native plants purchased from Plants Plus. Run, don’t walk to PLANTS PLUS CUMBERLAND FOREST. You won’t be disappointed but you may leave with empty pockets!

Great selections of plants and helpful staff. The lady who helped.me to choose some roses was very knowledgable n friendly, provided excellent options and care after buying. Will definitely come back👍👍

Large variety of different plants ranging from fruiting trees, tropical plants and native plants. So many different species with ones that are rarely found in other nurseries such as a pink centre lemon tree or affordable finger lime trees. Great place to visit on the weekends or holidays.

4.1 - Came to explore - it is a nice size for outdoor plants, although much smaller than FlowerPower Glendale. It's beautiful in that it's set in a Forest. Didn't really see much I wanted yet and ended up with 3 baby succulents for $8 each (although I found out later that Ikea has these for $5each, a tad bigger). Watch the road signs to get here and drive carefully. Staff keep walking around asking the same people if they need help haha but it's ok - at least people know they are available and they can have conversations about their plans for their gardens etc. I like their shaded areas at the back, where you come across some unique plants.

Tucked away in the middle of thr state forest, this place feels almost magical. I received excellent customer service from Patrick who helped me get everything I needed to start my balcony garden and patiently answered my questions.
