We had our 1st Gryphon door installed over 20 yrs ago, had numerous services also over the yrs, the door still worked and looked great, until I reversed into it. Chris came out to quote for new door and was very helpful on advising me on how to claim on insurance and was up front on time frame, very professional. Our new door was installed a few days ago, the installer was very professional and pleasant, turned up on time . The whole process was seamless and the product and workman ship are excellent. My garage door hinges broke late at night and the next morning reached out to the team at Gryphon for an urgent replacement as it was our only lane access spot to park car and access rear of the house. They had a team (Brendon and Rachel) out in 3 hours who fixed the hinges, supplied spares and did a full inspection and service for a reasonable price. They provided a speedy, professional and honest service. Would gladly recommend anyone needing a local installer or repair service company 👍

Brad came out to quote for a replacement garage door on our investment property. He was professional and polite and explained the bonus features of the door like metal hinges and quiet operation. He gave advice on updating the colour of the door. The quote was competitive with others we got. The door was ready earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. My home had 2 very old single garage doors with a brick pillar in the middle. We decided to replace these with a single automated door and chose to go with Gryphon Garage Doors. This was the best possible choice for our situation as Brad at Gryphon organised Jez and his team to remove the old doors, knock down the brick pillar and install a large single beam across the top of the garage opening to support the roof. This was all done with the minimum of fuss and mess on the Friday morning. The very next morning at 7am, Rex and his helper arrived and installed our beautiful new garage door in 1.5 hours. We were without a garage door for only one night and we covered the gap with a large tarpaulin. The whole process of purchasing the new door and replacing the old ones was so well-organised, smooth, fuss-free and super professional. I was incredibly impressed with the whole process from go to whoa. From the first e-mail till the finished job, it was good old time service. Within a day of my initial e-mail one of the friendly staff at Gryphons, had rang to acknowledge our e-mail and to book a measure and quote. Mr Fitzgerald arrived on time with a smile, ready to explained the manufacturing process and the quality of materials put into Gryphon blinds. One of the main reasons for excepting the quote and going with Gryphon Blinds is that they are designed and manufactured in Western Australia, that is very important to my wife and I. I liked that Mr Fitzgerald explained that there products are not cheap, but you get what you pay for, World class products. I could not fault there professionalism and courtesy of the Office Staff, Sales Representatives and often missed out the Trades Personnel. We were lucky enough to have to the same gentleman whom did the final measurement, to also fitted the blinds. It was nice to have a true tradesman do the job. The finished job was spot on fitting great and looking great and the job site was left clean and tidy. I have no qualms at all, in recommending Gryphon Blinds to any one looking for Great Out Door Blinds in the future.
