AH Garage Doors - Service and Repairs

I am very grateful to Adrian and Chantelle for their excellent customer service and prompt response when my garage door very suddenly stopped working. The technician, Adrian very quickly resolved the issue and very thoroughly explained to me how the new, replaced garage door motor worked. He was able to reassure me whenever I had any concerns about my new garage door motor. I also wanted to thank Chantelle, the lovely lady who promptly booked us a time, as she was able to book me in at a very early time despite the short notice, and she even gave me a call when another client had cancelled their appointment to ask me if I would like to change my booking to better suit my schedule. The service provided by AH Garage Doors is highly commendable and they go above and beyond for their clients. I also appreciate that AH Garage Doors primarily service the local neighbourhood, looking after the community.

Had an urgent issue regarding a bracket supporting the tensioned spring for our sectional garage door coming out of the wall. Contacted the company who installed the door when our house was originally built and they referred us to AH Garage Doors. After sending photos of the suspect bracket, was advised that it was critical and the great team at AHGD reorganised other jobs and came the same day to rectify the issue. Thank to Adrian for coming out and fixing the door. Excellent service and they will be the first call if we need anything else to do with our garage door. Had Adrian from AH Garage Doors, out today to replace a lock assembly on a side roller door that we had no keys for, as well as fix a noisey double garage door and code a new remote. Excellent service would highly recommend, and thanks to Chantelle for a quick and streamlined booking process.

My garage door spring broke, and after calling in the afternoon, it was fixed first thing the next morning! Chantelle in the office was extremely professional — clear, helpful, and kept me well-informed. Adrian, the technician, arrived exactly when they said he would and went above and beyond. Not only did he replace the broken spring efficiently, but he also checked over other components of the door to ensure everything was running smoothly. Excellent communication, prompt service, and genuine care — highly recommend!
