Absolutely brilliant! I spoke with Brian on the phone yesterday afternoon and he was here the very next morning. I have little idea about garage doors, he was informative, efficient, friendly and I am so very very happy with both him and his company. I previously got different quotes from other companies before speaking with him - they were the only company to offer a 7 year warranty and could come out to my property the quickest. My garage door literally collapse Sunday late evening- I rang Brian and spoke to him to come down Monday morning.He assisted me over the phone and booked for next day morning.He was very punctual and on time early in the morning. He fixed the door in a very professional manner and guided me how to maintain the door.( garage door spray and how to use it) Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable at his job and charged me reasonably for the job. I’ve had several people repair or service my garage door or the remotes. I’ve had some ok and some horrific experiences. Now that I found Sydney Garage Repairs, I’m literally never going to go anywhere else again. Brian is fabulous: great info and admin, arrives with notice and on time, is honest, explains things you can easily do yourself rather than upselling you ‘stuff’, and does great quality work.
