We chose James based on his reviews here. James is very easy to deal with, reliable, a perfectionist and does an amazing job. We used him to polish the concrete floors and epoxy the floors in our bathroom and ensuite in our 1980s house which we Airbnb. We are super happy with the result, our guests are always impressed and the floors are very easy to clean/maintain. Highly recommend!
