Jay, Keith and Gary were fantastic. We had some difficult repair and restoration work to be completed on 30year old floors. Jay helped me source matching timbers and the guys were expert in retrofitting and matching the final finish. Completely trustworthy, with unsupervised access to the property the whole time the floors were being refinished. Great work fellas!

Jay was incredible to work with. He went above and beyond in advice, communication and help. And that is before we talk about the workmanship! We had a tricky spot floor level change due to other work that we had done and Jay and his master carpenter, Keith, came up with a plan for a custom step made of the same timber. JConcepts were a great team that were easy to work with, turned up when they said they would and completed the installation or Tassie Oak floor for 100 square metres. Grant, Keith and the boys were meticulous in measuring things up to make it fit nicely down the hall and then took 2 and a half days to finish it. They asked the right questions when needed to get our opinions and changed things to suit our wishes. Temesi sanded before and after, a true professional who did a brilliant job polishing the floors. Jay and his team have worked magic on my boards. No request was to much trouble and he was happy to work around my build schedule and took the time required to produce an A1 job. He relayed 60 year old recycled Vic Ash boards and the results are perfection. He also installed solid Black Butt feature grade and took the time to lay the boards to best display the feature, fill, sand and coat. The quality of Jay's work speaks for its self!
