House Renovations

This is our third renovation project with Dion, and he continues to impress. We recently updated an old rental property that hadn’t been touched since the 1970s. Dion helped us completely transform it—replacing the kitchen, removing a load-bearing wall to open up the lounge, removing an old gas heater and replacing a leaking skylight. His team of contractors was fantastic—professional, efficient, and always on schedule. Dion also sourced quality kitchen cabinetry at a great price with a fast turnaround. We really appreciated his advice, attention to detail, and how smoothly the whole process went. Highly recommend!

Dion created the most beautiful ensuite, he was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend him for any home renovation. My home is a 1880's Victorian so we uncovered some challenges along the way when pulling up floors, Dion was able to recommend alternatives to my original design to ensure everything I wanted could be achieved.
