  Systems Subfloor did an excellent job. We needed floors level before flooring could be laid. With the main house very unlevel (timber home built in the 1960s) it was very much out of plumb. Without having this done to the floors, the guarantee on the flooring could be voided. The granny flat was also done. I would recommend this team for all your floor levelling needs.

  We decided to have a fresh look and get rid of the carpets by installing a new floor. A surprise was coming as the concrete slab was not level and was powdery on top due to rain at the time of laying in 1992. The floor had to be re coated and levelled to install the new floor covering, a complication not imagined. Thanks go to Peter at Systems Subfloor who took over our problems and with a great team installed a fabulous surface that was perfect to lay our new vinyl planks. It took Peter and team only 2 days of skillful and considerate work to get us sorted and have a fabulous floor installed

  The team have done a couple of jobs for me now and each time they turn up on time and finish it far better than expected. One 300mtrs and one 30mtrs! Top quality, price is fair for the detail and prep work it’s finished too, and they clean up after the job which is a sign they care about their reputation and image. Neilly is a legend and I would have zero hesitation about recommending systems subfloor. When I was looking for a company to do 300mtrs it’s not a cheap decision to get wrong. Chris and Neilly came with absolute rock solid recommendation. I can now offer the same.
